Okay, well it looks like it was Dean's that you got, but apparently he's okay? Which...doesn't really fit with the pattern of what's going on with everyone else, but it's good for Dean.
[And...that bugs him. Not that he wants Dean to be in pain or anything, but that something is different and he doesn't know what it is. This is the kind of thing that might drive him crazy.]
